McPrice Myers - Hilltop Guest House
Views and sunsets from one of Paso Robles' highest elevation points are available from every angle for an amazing wine country experience. The house features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, three bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), modern open concept living and dining room, a beautiful outdoor area featuring an infinity pool and dining area with a high-powered gas grill. We are happy to arrange private tastings at the house and an executive chef to prepare a special meal upon request (subject to availability).

Soaring 11 foot ceilings, give the cozy space a large and airy feel, which includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, great room and gourmet kitchen. Situated on two terraced acres, the outdoor area is dotted with several walnut trees and includes a flagstone patio, handmade wine barrel dining table with seating for 8, bocce ball court, fire pit, native landscaping and Adelaida stone walls. Grilling outdoors on the Weber Genesis E-310 gas barbecue allows you to enjoy a game of bocce ball while getting dinner ready at the same time.
Spanish Villa
Luxury awaits you at this brand new custom home in the heart of wine country. This home is extremely custom and was featured on the cover of Home Design Central Coast. The open floor plan is exceptional for entertaining with a large great room which features beams from the mid 1800s as well as a large kitchen and bar area. There are speakers hidden in the walls throughout the house which are controlled by a home automation system so music may be controlled individually in each room. The house features exceptional landscaping complete with full grown olive trees and custom rock walls throughout as well as a beautiful negative edge pool and hot tub. There are five bedrooms as well as a loft that can sleep one extra guest, the loft is a common area that shares the space with one queen bedroom. When you step into Casa De Madera Vieja, you’ll be blown away by the large living room beams, custom masonry and other craftsman finishes. It is old-world charm at its best with all of luxury conveniences you would expect.
Westside Spanish Retreat
Large Spanish Style home minutes from downtown Paso. Many Wineries and 5 star restaurants. A Pool, Cabanas, Pizza Oven, Fire Pit and Hot Tub makes this the perfect home for a weekend getaway. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, while the remaining two bedrooms share a Jack 'n Jill bathroom, with a vanity in each room. The eat-in kitchen is big enough for multiple cooks.
