Inspired by the great Syrahs of rugged Roussillon and the northern Rhône Valley, “3” brings together the best of both worlds—floral and savory aromatics woven with lush, dark fruits and a generous palate. Brilliant ruby hues shimmer in the glass as a symphony of dark cherry, black pepper shortbread, violets, and petrichor emerge. The palate is energetic and rich with notes of blackberries, roasted chanterelles, purple flowers and limestone. Captivating and complex, it has you hooked and wanting more.
